The view of Manhattan from our room and the friendly staff at the hotel were top-notch, making us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the option to enjoy our food in the cozy bar area. Although housekeeping could use a bit more attention to detail, it didn't take away from the overall positive experience we had 🌟.

The hotel was unique and chic, and the staff were accommodating, loved the perfect location right by water tower, the shopping streets around Bedford and shops. Good and tasty meals. I had compact a double room with a balcony, minimal storage.

The hotel's beautifully decorated rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and fun little details made our stay truly enjoyable. the vibrant and walkable location added to the overall experience, offering easy access to great dining places and transportation options. However, some room maintenance issues, like doors not locking properly and cabinet doors in need of repair, were noticeable.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a fine stay. The hotel was quirky and clean, had amazing views of the better known and neighboring Williams Vale Property.

As a theater enthusiast from Berlin, I enjoyed the stylish design and cool concept at Arlo Williamsburg. The staff was friendly and the restaurant's food was tasty. However, the rooftop noise and lack of bathroom privacy may not suit all travelers. a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel was chic and well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating, appreciated the unbeatable location really close to the subway and Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bowl. I had compact a double room with a tub. Generally everything was very good, though the bathroom was very dirty. Good and tasty meals.

The vicinity to PureSoul New York was perfect for immersing the kids in the monumental music of iconic artists like Alicia Keys and Lauryn Hill. The vibrant atmosphere and soulful rhythms made our stay truly unforgettable and the perfect family experience.

My wife says that a designated kids' play area would be great for families with children.

location of the hotel in Williamsburg is extraordinary. bed is very comfortable and pillows and mattress are excellent. cleanliness and tidiness of the room was in accordance with expectations. staff at the entrance is always friendly and cordial as well as the reception staff who communicate in your language if needed.

The elevator is a little slow and we had to wait several minutes especially to go up. It gets too congested with the theme of the bar on the terrace. The bathroom is very modern and clean but for an adult couple like ours is a little uncomfortable because it is too open to the room and difficult to close the door of the toilet to have the necessary privacy.

Bathroom very design, but not practical. Too little storage space. Staff not very friendly and rather cold. Access to the roof was denied us dry enough even to go take pictures. The prices of the mini-bar are at the limit of decency.

As a senior, I appreciated that the hotel had excellent accessibility, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy the public areas comfortably.

I would ask for better vacation options for senior people, such as more peaceful and quiet areas away from the lively environment enjoyed by the children of the staff.

The hotel had such a cool vibe with trendy rooms, and the beds were super comfy! The staff really went above and beyond, and the bar downstairs was a hit with great Manhattan views from our room and a Soho house style touch - what more can you ask for? The downside was that the room was tiny, and it was a bit disappointing not to have a tub, especially after paying extra for it. 🌟

The cleaning of the room, we complained daily and until the last day we could not get the floor cleaned properly. The sheets and towels are changed daily but the floor is not scrubbed

we had a wonderful stay at Arlo Williamsburg. the room and bathroom were beautifully decorated with attention to detail. the staff, especially at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service. we were offered a room on a higher floor with stunning views of Manhattan and Williamsburg. the location was perfect, within walking distance to great cafes, bars, and restaurants. we enjoyed the superb bar and the overall modern decor of the hotel. highly recommended for a visit to Brooklyn.

Swimming pool and pool service not excellent at all ...

After such a bad experience with the previous booking, we booked the same day we stayed. The pool is also open to the public but with control and respect for the guests' choice of lounge chairs, a rare custom in all of Brooklyn.

The rooftop pool and garden bar offer breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. It was like being on top of the world, with the twinkling city lights below creating a magical atmosphere. Sipping a cocktail by the pool was like living in a real-life movie scene.

Privacy concerns with the bathroom door.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with a great view from the room. The breakfast was excellent, and the free cookies and coffee were a nice touch. However, the small bed was uncomfortable, and the room was too cramped for suitcases. The Water Tower experience was disappointing, with a nightclub instead of a rooftop bar. Also, the lack of clothes-hanging knobs and dark makeup lighting were inconvenient. The walk-in shower leaked water, and the bath mat was too small. Despite some issues, the location was ideal for exploring Williamsburg's restaurants. Noise from drilling and fire alarms was disruptive, and the pool closure without prior notice was disappointing.

The swimming pool accessible to all, no priority to the hotel guests, so no deckchairs, no towels, a staff only attentive to the young New Yorkers who came to party on the rooftop. However, I did reserve a hotel with a swimming pool, which is a real shame given the standard of the hotel, the service is not up to scratch. The pompom remains nevertheless the day of July 4 150 dollars per person to take advantage of the swimming pool of our hotel and so many tickets sold that the personnel had to evacuate the basin during 2 hours become a true swamp to clean it atmosphere municipal swimming pool. Really not up to scratch

The room was a show. A bit expensive if you're European for what it's worth, but for one night it's worth it

For a suite there were things that didn't work well like the bathtub that you couldn't take a bath in because it didn't plug up properly

The rooftop lounge was dope with stunning views of the city. We vibed to hits from Alicia Keys, Maxwell, and Lauryn Hill. Plus, we hit Yoga to the People for some mad chill workout sessions. PureSoul New York's music tour was off the hook!

The bathroom. The door to the toilet wasn't working. The shower water was coming out of the shower area. It's not completely closed. The space is very small. There's nowhere to hang your coats in the winter. The corridors are too narrow and dark.

This hotel is situated in the perfect location, offering easy access to all the popular attractions in the area.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the service. Although the staff was cordial, they could have been more accommodating to our room needs.

The location, the hotel is nice, the staff in general is friendly ! the beds, sheets, pillows and towels are very good.

but I also found two employees to be dismissive and rude.The cleaning of the bathrooms and rooms on a daily basis is poor.Note that there are few people for room service and they don't do it thoroughly. And the elevator is problematic, very slow. They can improve because the hotel is very nice.

The live DJs at the pool area on Sundays added a fun atmosphere to the visit. The room, while compact, offered great views of Manhattan from the terrace, and the aesthetic of the hotel was appealing. The only downside was the slow elevator during peak times, but overall, it was a pleasant experience complemented by the friendly and accommodating staff member, Juan.
